Robin Bruce's Bio:
Robin brings a unique blend of operational leadership and Real Estate Finance expertise to the table. After graduating with an Honours Degree in Geography, Robin spent a decade as a Royal Marines Officer, leading teams in some of the world’s most demanding environments - an experience that shaped his strategic mindset and leadership style.
Since transitioning to the private sector in 2019, Robin has held senior roles across the property and finance landscape, including Managing Director of a Property Development company, Head of Real Estate Finance at a Boutique Brokerage, and most recently, within the Structured Debt Advisory Team at a London-based FinTech.
Today, Robin works as an independent consultant, specialising in Real Estate, Finance, Project Management, and Leadership Development. He partners with financial intermediaries, private lenders, and property professionals across the UK - with a particular focus on the West Country, bringing a clear, disciplined approach and deep sector expertise to every engagement.
